2. What data we process and why

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

When you order a tarot reading, we process your request data (question, chosen spread) and payment data for processing via our payment service provider Stripe. Without this processing the contract cannot be fulfilled.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

Only if you consent via our cookie banner do we use the following analytics and marketing services: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel (Facebook), Pinterest Tag. These services help us improve our offering and display relevant advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

Our hosting provider automatically collects server log files (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser) when our website is accessed. This serves security and error analysis purposes. The data is deleted after at most 30 days.

3. Recipients and third-country transfers

We use the following service providers, some of which transfer data to the USA. USA transfers are based on standard contractual clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR:

• Stripe Inc. (USA) — payment processing
• Meta Platforms Inc. (USA) — marketing (with consent only)
• Google LLC(USA) — analytics & ads (with consent only)
• Pinterest Inc. (USA) — marketing (with consent only)
• Usercentrics GmbH (Germany) — cookie consent management

4. Retention periods

• Payment and order data: 10 years (statutory retention obligation)
• Reading content and audio: up to 7 days after creation, then automatically deleted
• Server log files: up to 30 days
• Analytics cookies: in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective providers (generally 13 months)

You have the following rights against us as the controller:

• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for Bella Marketing Ltd. is the Bulgarian data protection authority (CPDP):
